Unipres believe it faces a critical strategic need to ensure the pipeline of appropriately prepared young people come into the business now and for many years to come. A major part of ensuring that this happens is its School Engagement Programme which is fully supported by the Senior Management Team. Unipres work hard to ensure its internal strategy fits with the wider regional and national skills agenda. The company actively supports the delivery of the Gatsby Foundation`s Good Career Guidance Benchmarks 4, 5 & 6, linking curriculum learning to careers supporting teacher CPD, providing encounters with employers and employees through the work of its Ambassadors and experiences of workplaces through site visits and its accredited work experience programme.

Their proactive engagement with industry is outstanding ensuring they remain at the forefront of new Government initiatives such as T Levels."
