Last week, one of the largest independent automotive component and sub-assembly businesses in the UK, Arlington Automotive, revealed to its 340+ strong workforce the new brand identity, vision and mission through a series of internal launches held across four sites - Birmingham, Derby, Coventry and Newton Aycliffe. All events were being organized with the main objective to remind all employees that they are part of one big team and that working together is what makes the difference in remaining competitive within the industry.
